This notice covers digital-measurement-services.vercel.app, run by Digital Measurement Services and operated by Hembha Enterprises Private Limited.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email if you add it, the service you picked, the site location and your message. The form opens WhatsApp with that message written out; when you send it, WhatsApp (Meta) carries it to us along with your WhatsApp number and name, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We also keep a copy of the form on this site's database. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Why

To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to plan and quote the job. That is our legitimate interest in answering a request you made.

Who sees it

Our team, and the companies that host this website and its database on our behalf. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.

How long

Only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any job that follows, and for any period the law requires for business records.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion through the enquiry form. You can also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta.
